An Inspection is an integral part of the home buying process. It’s important to schedule the minute you and the seller have come to an agreement. During the months of January, February, March and April, I conduct two inspections per day; One at 8:30 am, with the second one scheduled around 1 pm. This allows time to conduct an in-depth review, and still allow drive time for the afternoon inspection.
